Love this !!
Danielle and Athena…this is a great chat! I love it. Especially how conversational it is.
I found this chat in Melyssa’s Facebook group and I’m inspired that others are working at a ‘feeling’ and ‘desire’ level and really encouraging tuning in e.g. anger as an indicator…it’s telling us something. I agree that we want to stop labeling feelings as negative. I love the notion of that they are all things that are flowing through you…and that you are neither. This is what I help my clients to learn.
I’m an ontological coach. I work with people’s way of being. Ontological learning happens when you become the observer of three interrelated domains of living – language, moods and body. Being an ontological learner means tuning into the three domains as interrelated – not separate. This interview to me, is more in line with my core work than most of what I’ve read or heard so far. I enjoyed it immensely.
What are you devoted to is a big question. I won’t answer it here because I don’t know the whole answer right now, but I will give it some thought.

Jeanette it’s so great to connect with you . Your work sounds amazing and when you have had some time to give the devotion question some thought, I would love to hear your thoughts. XX
